Music with Kami Terms and Conditions

Trial Lessons
-
You will be booked for a trial lesson upon first contact and agreement on a permanent day/time for the student’s lessons.
-
The trial lesson is still paid at the full lesson fee.
-
The purpose of the Trial is to assess the student and see how they enjoy it. You can then decide whether you want to sign up permanently.
Enrolling as a student
-
By enrolling as a student, you are entering a contract with Music With Kami ensuring that you have a regular space every week and fees must be paid in advance.
-
Your lesson space will be the same day/time every week unless we have agreed otherwise. If you need to change your day/time, please give as much notice as possible so that you get the best possible solution and can be put into a new space upon availability.
Payments
-
Music With Kami works on a block payment system. This requires you to buy a block of 5 or 10 lessons in advance and use them as credit for each lesson.
-
Payments must be made before your first lesson of the block.
-
Purchasing a block can be done via the website through a card payment or cash in person.
-
You will be reminded when you are on the last lesson of your block to purchase a new block.
Refunds
-
If you decide to stop your lessons, please give as much notice as possible. You will be asked to use the rest of your block credit before stopping.
-
Refunds will be issued if an error has occurred on the website or you have been charged wrongfully.
Cancellations
-
If you are unable to attend a lesson please give as much notice as possible. I may be travelling to you for the lesson.
-
Cancellations must be done at least 24hrs in advance. Failing to do so will result in you being charged for the missed lesson at the full price.
-
Upon availability, you will be offered a reschedule for the missed lesson. Please note that I work full time and a reschedule may not be available for the same week or a specific time you would like.
-
If you cancel your lesson with enough notice (at least 1 week in advance), you can use the lesson fee as credit for a future lesson.
Holidays
-
Your lessons will run during term time (in line with Epping Forest Council). This often means that your half-term doesn’t match with mine.
-
I may be doing lessons during some half terms and holidays so please do check the website for teaching times as it will be uploaded there every term.
-
If you book a holiday and as a result will be missing lessons, please do let me know in advance so your lessons can be booked in accordingly.
